(Z)Internal landscaping every 30 parking spaces shall be required to break up the paving area, such landscaping shall include trees. i. Surfacing When the applicant presents evidence that there is infrequent use of the parking area, i. e., such that daily parking is a minimum for administrative use only, and that full use of parking is needed only on specific days, then there shall be one (1) paved space (including ingress and egress) for every 2, 000 square feet of gross building usage.
