Sub-paragraph 5 of Sub-section (a), Site Plan, of Sub- section (7), Plan Preparation Requirements, of Section 26-11D, Travel Parks, of the Code of Ordinances, City of Clearwater, Florida, 1962, is hereby amended by adding a new sub-paragraph (gg) to read as follows: (gg) Spaces to be occupied by independent travel trailers (as defined)up to one hundred twenty (120) days shall'be so designated on the plan as'a continuous area and such utilities required shall be installed to serve each individual space in accordance with (4) (a) (2) as above. Section 7. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed, Section B, Should any part or provision of this ordinance be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole, or any part thereof other than the part declared to be invalid. Section 9.
