0 Nip ORDINANCE NO. 1203 .AN ORDINANCE OF'THE CITY. OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, ANNEXING THE SOUTH 10' FEET OF LOT 15, ALL OF LOTS 16 THROUGH 22, INCLUSIVE, THE SOUTH 15 FEET OF LOT 23 AND ALL OF LOTS 79 AND 83, - BARRETT MANOR SUBDIVISION, LOT 39, DEL ORO GARDENS SUBDIVISION, LOT 15, BLOCK C, i PINE RIDGE SUBDIVISION, AND LOTS 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8 AND 20, BLOCK C, PALMETTO TERRACE SUB- DIVISION, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL ABUTTING STREETS, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE „ CITY TO INCLUDE SAID ADDITIONS, ACCORDING TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AND THE LAWS OF FLORIDA; AFTER PROPER PUBLIC NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THEREON, ESTABLISHING THE ZONING USE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATIONS AND THE FIRE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATIONS FOR SAID PROPERTIES; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida, received a sworn petition from Samuel Campagna, Jr. and Helen C. Bader and Ollie L. Bader, his wife, and Margaret M. Terhaar requesting the City to annex a certain parcel of real estate hereinafter described, owned by them, into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater; and WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida, also received a sworn petition from Harold Swanson and Thelma H. After its evaluation of all evidence presented at a proper public hearing, the City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City Commission, by the authority and under the provisions of Section 6 (d) of the Muniapal Charter of said City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida, hereby annexes into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, and redefines the boundary lines of said City so as to include the following described parcels of real property in Pinellas County, Florida, and to establish zoning and fire district classifications therefor: South 10 feet of Lot 15, all of Lots 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 and the South 15 feet of Lot 23, and all of Lots 79 and 83, Barrett Manor Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Hook 45, page 84 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with all abutting streets and that portion of Sunset Point Road (State Road 5-588) lying within the East 1/2 of Section 6, Township 29 South, Range 16 East.
