requests for annexation, at a regular meeting held on January 6, 1969,
voted unanimously to accept said requests and authorized the proper officials
to set up a public, hearing thereon for the determination and establishment
of zoning and fire district classifications and to prepare an ordinance to annex
said parcels of real estate into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater
in accordance with the provisions of Section 6 (d) of the Municipal Charter
of the City, of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida; and „ .
