WHEREAS, the Legislature of the State of Florida passed a bill designated as Senate-House #314, on April 22, 1965, and the Governor of the State of Florida signed said bill on April 26, 1965; and WHEREAS, said bill designated as Senate-House #314 redefined the boundaries of the City of Clearwater and included certain tracts of land which were not before included in the boundaries of the City of Clearwater; and WHEREAS, said newly annexed and included tracts had not been previously zoned under the zoning ordinances of the City of Clearwater; NOW, THEREFORE,' BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: ?
