Section 2. The City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City
Commission, intends to annex the foregoing land according to the provisions
of Section 171. 04, Florida Statutes; 1961, and to that end the City Clerk is
hereby directed to publish this Ordinance in the Clearwater Sun, a newspaper
published in the City of Clearwater, once a week for four consecutive weeks
immediately after the passage of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
its passage.
