(guest rooms) business usages shall be permitted within said
building under the main roof thereof to the extent not to r{'

hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
In all use districts each Multi-Family structure shall
provide one off-street parking space for each separate
unit. A minimum parking space shall be 160 square feet
exclusive of access drive.
Any portions of Section XI of Ordinance No. 627, as amended, in conflict
with the terms and provisions of this section are hereby repealed.
Section 11. Subsection (1) of Section XI "LOCATION, HEIGHT AND
AREA REGULATIONS" of Ordinance No. 627, as amended, the City Zoning
Ordinance, is amended by repealing it in its entirety and the following is
enacted in place thereof;
(1) No part of any building or other use shall extend or
be allowed more than 2 feet beyond the setback line in any
residential use district.

Section 12. Section V of Ordinance No. 627, as amended, the City
Zoning, Ordinance, is amended by adding thereto Section V-C to read
k; as follows:
SECTION V-C USE REGULATIONS, MOBILE HOME PARE{
DISTRICT:
In the (MH) Mobile Home Park District all premises and
buildings except as otherwise provided in this Ordinance may
be used for the following:
1. Mobile homes and accessory uses.
2. Laundry services available to residents of park but
not to general public.
The above uses are permitted after special permit has
been procured from the City Commission, following a
consideration and recommendation of the location and
plan, either favorable or unfavorable by the City Zoning
and Planning Board according to compliance to the mini-
mum requirements as set out herein.
MOBILE HOME PARK REQUIREMENTS
(a) Minimum Total Area for Mobile Home park shall
be seven (7) acres including one-half of adjacent
right of way.
(b) Minimum Area, interior lot: 3000 square feet
Minimum Area, corner lot: 3375 square feet
Minimum width of lot, interior: 40 feet
Minimum width of lot, corner: 45 feet
(c) Minimum building line setbacks on the perimeter of
• a Mobile Home park:
(1) Front: In all Mobile Home parks approved after
passage of this ordinance no part of a structure
shall be closer than 25 feet from a public right
of way line, or any setback so indicated other-
wise on the official zoning map. No part of a
structure so used for living purposes shall be
closer than 200 feet from center line of Gulf to
Bay Boulevard.
(2) Side and Rear: 6 feet; or 15 feet if adjoining a
private right of way or any R-1 or R-2 zone;
or 10 feet if adjoining any R-4 or R-M zone.
(d) Minimum building line setbacks within the Mobile
Home Park.
(1) Front: No part of a.structure shall be closer than
7-1/2 feet from the right of way line of any interior
roadway.
(Z) Side and Rear: 6 feet.
