BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property is hereby classi-
fied and zoned as hereinafter indicated and "The Zoning Map of the City
of Clearwater, Florida of 1959" is amended to indicate that fact as here-
inafter set out:

Section Section V-I. (9) (c) "USE REGULATIONS R-4 MULTIPLE
DWELLING DISTRICT" of Ordinance No. 627, as amended, the City Zoning Ordi-
nance, is amended to read, as follows:
(9) (c) Lots in all use districts except R-l and R-2 districts
shall be capable of use for non-commercial public park-
ing lots as defined in Section 9 hereof, when said lot
or lots are directly abutting and owned by the same onw-
er as a lot or lots located in R-4, R--M, B, M, UZ and P
use districts.
Section 8. Section V-B "USE REGUL«TIONS R-M MULTIPLE DWELLING, HOTEL,
LP;,RTi4ENT HOUSE, AD LIMITED BUSINESS DISTRICT" of Ordinance No. 627, as
amended, the City Zoning Ordinance, is amended by adding the words "or
apartments'f after the words (guest rooms).
Section 9. Section V of Ordinance No. 627, as amended, the bity Zon-
ing Ordinance, is amended by ailing Section V-C as follows:
SECTION V-C USE REGUL,,TIONS, TR!?ILER P1,RK DISTRICT:
In the (TP) Trailer Park District all premises and buildings
except as otherwise provided in this Ordinance may be used for
the f ollowing:
(1) Mobile homes and accessory uses.
(2) Laundry services available to residents of park but not
to general public,
(3) Nome occupations as defined for R-4 area in Section 2 of
this ordinance.
The above uses are permitted after special permit has been procured
from the City Commission, following a consideration and recommen-
dation of the location and plan, either favorable or unfavorable,
by the City Zoning and Planning Board according to compliance to
the minimum requirements as set out in Section XS (6).
Section 10. Section X1 "LOCATION, HEIGHT AND ;ARE,', REGUL;.TIONS" of
Ordinance No. 627, as amended, the City Zoning Ordinance, is hereby re-
pealed in its entirety and the following is enacted in place thereof:

Section 11. Section XZZ of Ordinance No. 627, as amended, the City
Zoning Ordinance, is amended by the addition of Subsection (4) as follows:
(4) IL11 property in Clearwater Bay beyond the bulkhead line es-
tablished by the City Commission and.approved by the Pinellas
County Commission sitting as the Pinellas County Water and
Navigation Controi Authority, and in effect as of December
20, 1960, shall be zoned R-1E, unless otherwise provided.

Section 13. Section XVII ?tBO1,RD OF ;?DJUSTMENT AND ?PPEI?L'? of Ordi-
nance No. 627, as amended, the City Zoning Ordinance, and as further
amended by Subsection 7, of Section 4 of Ordinance No. 753, is amended
by repealing Subsection 7, Section 4, of Ordinance No. 753 in its en-
tirety and enacting in place thereof the following Subsection 7.
7. The City Commission shall, after due notice, , not less than
twelve (12) days and not more than forty-five (45) days after
the filing of an appeal hold a public hearing thereon and
promptly render its decision. At the hearing any party may
appear in person or by attorney.
Section 14. The Zoning Map of 1959 of the City of Clearwater, Flor-
ida, is amended to indicate the change in building setback lines as here-
inafter set out and this shall be shown on said map:
There shall be a building setback line established 62 feet North
and 62 feet South of the center line of that portion of Gulf to
Bay Boulevard, also known as State Road No. 60, bounded on the
West by the intersection with the East right of way line of
South Highland A-.venue and bounded on the East by a line perpen-
dicular to the center line of Gulf to Bay Boulevard and 1845 feet
East of the West line of Section 16, Township 29 South, Range 16
East, Pinellas County, Florida.
Section 15. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed.
Section 16. Should any part or provision of this ordinance be de-
clared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the same shall
not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole, or any part thereof
other than the part declared to be invalid.

Municipal Judge. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall
constitute a separate offense.
Section 18. This ordinance shall take effect from and after ,its
passage and its approval by a majority of the qualified voters of the
City of Clearwater who are freeholders within said City voting at a spe-
cial municipal election to be held in conjunction with the regular mu-
nicipal election on December 20, 1960.
