Section 1. The City of Clearwater, Florida, acting by and
r w{ t`{ through its My omm ssion, hereby declares its intention to annex
V into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, the fol-
lowing described land lying contiguous to the territorial limits of
said City, which land contains less than ten (10) registered voters:
r From the Southwest coiner of Section 14, Township;
29 South, Range 15 East, run South 89°03 26" East,
along the Section line 1184.06 feet for point of
beginning; thence South 89003126" East, along the
Section line 150.0 feet to the 40 acre line; thence

North 0°03'26" West, along the 40 acre line

West along the 40 acre line 150.0 feet, thence South

its City Comm ssiontends to annex the foregoing lands according to
the provisions of Section 171.04, Florida Statutes 1959, and to that
;t end the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish this Ordinance-in the
• - Clearwater Sun, a newspaper published in the City of Clearwater, once
a a week for four consecutive weeks immediately after the passage of this
Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective immedia-
tely upon its passage.
