BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COIJ24ISSION OF THE CITY OF C1EARWATER, FLORIDA:

Section 1. Section 8 of Chapter 26 of the Code of the City of
Clearwater, Florida, 1950, relating to uniform schedule of rates and
charges for sanitary sewer service furnished by the City, as amended
by Ordinance No. 767, is amended to read as follows:
'Sec. 8. UNIFORM SCHEDULE ESTABLISHED.

v There is hereby established a maximum uniform schedule

Family dwellings of five (5) rooms or less 2.00
$ per month
"N Family dwellings of six (6) or seven (7) rooms 2.?O per month
Family dwellings-of eight (8) rooms or more 3.00 per month
Stores, mercantile business buildings, hotels, apartments,
restaurants, barber shops and/or beauty parlors, soda
fountains, and other business establishments, except as
: hereafter.specifically named, to be based on water usage
with a minimum charge of L,2.25 per month to cover the
first 400 cubic feet; for the next 600 cubic feet x.12
` . ? per 100 cubic feet; over 1,000 and to 10,000 cubic feet

For industrial and public buildings the amount of charges
for such sewer services shall be as follows: Forty per
centum (40%) of the face amount of the water bill as
rendered monthly by the City, exclusive of water used
through sprinkler meters."
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed.
Section . This ordinance shall take effect for sanitary sewer
services furnished after July 18 1960.
