AFFIDAVIT
Before me the undersigned authority, personally ap-
peared N. J. pompon, Agent for Mr. M. E. Sever, who upon
being by me duly sworn, deposes and says;
1. That said M. E. Sever is the owner and developer
of what is to be known as "Fourth Addition to Fair Oaks"
and that said M. E. Sever has personal knowledge as to the
occupancy of the land embraced in said acreage and that
said tract of land to be annexed into the corporate limits
of the City of Clearwater contains less than 10 registered
voters, and that said property is contiguous with the City
limits.
