Re: Consulting Agreement: Teambuilding with City Commission
Dear Mr. Roberto:
This letter will confirm our understanding concerning the terms of retainer and nature of
services to be performed for the City of Clearwater. These terms are as follows:
Consultant duties: Skyrme & Assoc., Inc. will perform the following duties:
. Design an Interview Process to be used with Commissioners
. Conduct one-hour interviews with each Commissioner for the purposes of data
gathering
. Design teambuilding process based on data obtained in the interviews
. Conduct three-hour team building meeting with Commissioners
City Responsibilities
. Handle logistics for setting up team building meeting with commissioners
. Provide location for team building meeting
. Publicize meeting as required by Florida Statute
Compensation
. Hourly compensation for the project shall be billed at the rate of $200.00 per hour,
not-to-exceed an hourly compensation cost of $2000.00 for the total project. This is
based on an estimate of 10 hours for the project.
Payment of Invoice
. Invoicing for this project will occur at the conclusion of the project. The city agrees to
pay the invoice within fifteen days of receipt. Invoices unpaid after 30 days will be
re-billed with a 2 percent late fee added to the total for each 30-day period.
Requests for Additional Work
. Requests for additional work on this project, not described in this agreement, will
require an amendment to the agreement. Rates will remain the same for any
additional work on this project.
