RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED
Gentlemen:
In accordance with Section 138.09 of the Code of Ordinances of t~e City of
Clearwater. I have reviewed your request for a temporary sidewalk installation
waiver.
Since there are no sidewalks within 200 feet of the property and since this
property is not part of a school route and the waiving of the sidewalk require-
ment will not create a pedestrian hazard. this location meets the requirements
set forth in Section 138.09. Therefore. I am pleased to inform you that a
temporary waiver of the sidewalk installation requirement is granted on the
above-referenced property. Should it be determined that a sidewalk is required
at this location in the future. it will be installed by the assessment process.

SUBJECT: Sidewalk Waiver Request - 700 Magnolia Drive
DATE: February 10, 1987
This property is located west of Myrtle Avenue and borders the
east side of the S.C.L. Railroad right-of-way between Magnolia
Drive and Jasmine Way.
We have reviewed the subject sidewalk waiver request and found that
both Magnolia and Jasmine Way dead end at the railroad tracks, there
are no sidewalks within 200 feet of the property, it's absence does
not create a pedestrian hazard, and neither street is part of a
school walk route.
Since the requirements for a waiver are met, it is my recommendation
that it be granted.
