Dear Mr. Tallent: Please refer to formal agreement dated May 5, 1958, between the City of Clearwater and the Railroad, covering the establishment of a hi&1way or street, known. as Chestnut street, in Clearwater, Fla.., crossing at gra.de the property and tracks of the Railroad, the center line of said highway or street being 219 feet northwardly from Railroad's Mile Post 875. It has recently been determined that the center line of the crossing is actually located at a point 252 feet northwardly from Mile Post 875 instead of 219 feet as recited in agreement. Will you ld.ndly have necessary changes made in your record. As information, copy of this letter is being attached to and made a part of our counterpart of the agreement of May 5, 1958.
