Dear Mr. Stewart:
I have for acknowledgment your letter of August 16,
1966, addressed to Mr. George A. McMillan, our Division Freight
Agent at St. Petersburg, Fla., with regard to cancellation of
agreement dated September 30, 1952 (Seaboard Comptroller's Con-
tract 47240) covering Sidetrack at Clearwater, Fla.
In accordance with your request, we will arrange to
terminate this agreement as of the date of your letter, or mid-
night August 16, 1966, and this exchange of correspondence will
be filed with the contract as evidence of our understanding in
the matter.
Mr. McMillan will no doubt be in touch with you concerning
the value of the rail and material in your ownership.
