WHEAEAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida, an
Ordinance Ordinance No, 747 on September 23, 1.957, which Ordinance declared
the intention of said City to annex Parkwood Subdivision into the corporate
., limits of the City of Clearwater; and,
WHEctEAS, said Ordinance was published once a week for four c.onsecu-
tive weeks in the Glearwater Sun, a newspaper published in the City of Clear-
4iaterj Florida, proof of which publication is hereto attached; and,
.° ;.:• WHEREAS, more than thirty days has exposed since'the enactment of
Ordinance No. 71F7, and no registered voter of the City of Clearwater, no
owner of real estate in the territory'to be annexed, and no person wbomso-
:E: ever has objected to such annexation or has applied,to the Circuit Court
' '' +r^7." rt 'of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, setting
forth any objections to said annexation; and,
