WHEREAS., the City of Clearwater owns certain docks,

° piers, boat 'slips, docking spaces and other facilities at the

prietary capacity, a portion of the revenue from which is

general fund of the City; and,

Section 1. The City Managgr or his designated repre--
sentative is hereby authorized and empowered to designate specs-
-fie areas from which revenue is to be obtained and to establish
the specific use to be made thereof for the following City o=ed

boats for hire". Written hermits shall '.,e used which shall be
=.niform except as to rent to be charged for different type spaces,
and whic', s',all contain the conditions under which use is "to be
allowed. Stich. hermits shall be on a north-to-r.basis only.

of, wi,t!lout first !laving paid for and obtained'a written permit
for the use of the sare.
Section 3, He motor ve!iicle shall he allowed on any
city-owned docl- at any tine excepting only city--owned cr!ergenc;T
vehicles and o0ers first having ncrr.:ission from.: t%cMlarbor t•'as-
