Section 1. Chapter 21 o£ the Code of the City of Clearwater,

Florida, 1950, is amended by adding thereto an additional section to
be designated Section 54, to read as follows:
"Section 54. Importation, printing, display, sale, etc.
of indecent or immoral words or figures
prohibited.
"It shall be unlawful for any person to import, print,
publish, sell or distribute within the City, any post-
card or other printed matter containing; obscene, :immoral
or indecent language, or to import, print, publish, ex-
hibit, display, sell or distribute any obscene, immoral
or indecent print, figure, picture or description."
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flii:t herewith are hereby repealed.
