CLEAVATER TO ANNEX A POttTION OF DRUID PARK SUBDIVISION
AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 71, OF THE PUBLIC
RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA INTO THE CORPOAATE
LIMITS Or '.CITE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, UPON THE

ORDINANCE ACCORDING TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 171.04,

DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY C01-II'41SSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Clearwater, Florida, acting by and
through its City Commission, hereby declares its intention to annex
into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, the f
following described lands lying contiguous to the territorial limits
of said City, which lands contain less than ten (10) registered voters: {
A portion of Druid Park Subdivision, said subdivision..
being recorded in plat book 39, page 71, public
records of Pinellas County, Florida, and said portion

Begin at the Southeast corner of Section 13, Township .'.
29 South, Range 15 East (Northeast corner of Section
24, Township 29 South, flange 15 East) and run North

Section 2. The City of Clearwater, actin b and through its
City Commission intends to annex the foregoing lands according to the
' provisions of Section 171 04 Florida Statutes 1955, and to that end

• in the Clearwater Sun a newspaper published-in the City of Clearwater,
once a week for four W consecutive weeks immediately after the
passage of this Ordinance. z
Section 3. This ordinance shall, become effective immediately

into the corporate limits of the said City contains less than
ten (10) registered voters.
2. That this affidavit is made in compliance with
Section 171-04, Florida Statutes, and is made to induce the City
of Clearwater to annex the foregoing portion of Druid Park
Subdivision into its corporate limits.
