Section 1. The City of Clearwater, acting by and through
its City Commisslon, hereby declares its intention to annex into the
corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, the following
described lands lying contiguous to the territorial limits of said
City, which lands contain less than ten (10) registered voters.
SKYCREST TERRACE SUBDIVISION, according to the
map or plat 'thereof as recorded in Plat Book ,
Page of the Public Records of Pinellas County
Florida, and the following land of which SKYCRES+
TERRACE SUBDIVISIO14 IS APART:.
The land specifically described in a replat of all
of the Fist Addition to Marymont as "Beginning at
the Southeast corner of Section 1229-15, run North
along the section line 1327.5 feet, thence South
3 89 deg. 43' West 2704.1 feet, thence South 0 deg.
10'.West 1329.75 feet, thence North 89 deg. 42'
East 670.2 feet thence North 35,0 feet, thence
North 52 deg. 5?' East 100 feet, thence South 37
deg. 06' East 75.0 feet, thence South 35.0 feet
thence North 89 deg. 42, East 1862.8 feet to Poh
containing 72,514 acres exclusive of streets as
plotted' as same appears o:f -record'in Platt Book 19,
Page 93' of the Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida, less that portion of Block thirty-eight
(38),,described as follows: Begin at the Southwest
corner of Block 3$ run northeasterl one hundred
(3,00) 'feet along the south line of ?ampa Boulevard,
thence Southeasterly 75 feet to a oi.nt on the north
line of Drew Street, and 125 feet East of the said
Southwest corner; thence Westerly along the North
line,of Drew Street 125 feet to point of beginning,
and
LESS and except that portion of a replat of Marymont
First Addition as aforesaid, which lies South of
Tamppa Boulevard and which is embraced in the plat
of Mosell Aces according to the map or plat thereof'.

Section 2, The City of Clearwater, acting by and through its
= Gity' Cotntnisslon intends to annex the foregoing: lands according to the
provisions of Section 171.04, Florida Statutes, 1951 and to that end,

in 'the Clearwater'Sun a newspaper publisher! in the City of Clearwater,
once a week for four W consecutive weeks immediately after the pass-
age of this Ordinance.
