-Florida, enacted Ordinance 17637 on itiy 18, 1953, which ordinance
declared the intention c" the said City to annex Betty Lane
llei.ghts,Subdivision, Pinebrook Highlands Subdivision, and part
of McVeigh Subdivision into the corporate limits of the City of
Cleangater, and ..
WHEREAS, said ordinance was published once a week for
