AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE mAnTENANCE OF
NUI=iCES 321 THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AND
PROVM111Q A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION OF THE
TEM.18 TMM'ZOF.
BE IT ORDAINM BY THE CITY C0IJ21ISSION OF ME CITY OF OLE:ARTIATER:
1. No nuisance shall be maintained within the City of
Clearwater.
2. Anything which tends to ennoy the community, or
injure the health of the citizens in general, or corrupt the
public morals, or endanger the safaty of the citizens in general,
or endanger the welfare of the community, shall be consiedred a
nuisance.
3. Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate
any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall, upon conviction
in the Municipal Court of the City of Clearwater, be punished by
a fine not exceeding One Hundred ($ 100.00) Dollars or by imprison-
ment in the City sail not exceeding thirty (30) days, or by both
such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Municipal Judge.
4. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption by the City Commission.
