Upon receipt-of such application t the Board' of Plumbl$gg Examinethozhall cause such appliQa 4 to be notified in writing of the date. and place where the. ibcamination " will be held. Such examination n?hllte?;bi by or under the direction of said'Board of Plumbing Examiners, and shall be designed to test the applicantds practical ability, and technical knowledge of plumbing work ventilation, water supply,eEc; and if such applicant passes a satisfactory examination and the Board of Plumbing Examiners are satisfied with his competency, they shall, thereafter issue a' ?. certificate to the pity Clerk of the fits of Clearwater, who' shall. then issue a license to such persons upon the payment of s?ueb occupst- ional license fee as is now provided or may hereafter be provided, by Ordinance of the City of Clearwater, to engage in the business of plumbing, either as a Master Plumber, or a Journeyman Plumber, as the case bwy be, The fee to be charged for examination of applicants for f ! a certi;ffcat6 to engage in business either as a Masten or Journey- man plumber ahall be $10.00. Any person who may feel oggrieved by reason of any decisions, actions, order or judgment of the Board of Plumbing Examinera may appeal to,the City Oommission of the City ifof Clear- water, Florida; all such appeals shall be in writing and must be taken within ten (10) days after the making ol-entry of the de»• cisions, action, order or judgement complained of and riled wAth the City Clerk. Such appeals shall set forth the grounds of the appeal and must be sinned by such aggrieved person, or his duly authorized anent. Section 13. Said Board shell cause its Secretary-Tresaurer to make and file each year with the City Clerk of the City of Clearwater, Florida, a report ahowing all receipts and disbursements made during the fiscat, yeat and the balance on hand.
