Every applicant for a license to engage in the usiness of junk dealer shall file with the City Collector and „ Treasurer a written, application upon a form prepared and provided by the City signed by the appliccuit or applicants. Said application shall state: (a) The names and residences of the applicants, if an individual, partnership or firm, or the names of the principal officers and their residence, if the applicant is an associ.atimi or a corporation. (b) The detailed nature of the business to be conducted wid the kind of materials to be collected, bought, sold or otheniise handled. (c) The premises where such business is to be located or carried on. (d) That the applicant accepts the license, if granted, upon the condition that it may be suspended for cruise at any time by the City Commissioners. SECTION 3. Every application for a license to engage in the- buo'.ness of junk dealer shall be signed and aelmowledged before a notary public or oth©r officer authorized to administer oaths in the-City, including the City Collector and Treasurer and his deputies.' Upon the filing of the application as provided for heron, the City Collector and 'treasurer shalt, upon his approval of such application after investigation and the pay- ment to the City of the li.conse hereinafter provided, issue to the applicant a license to onGage in business as provided in Section I hea5eof. All licenses shall be ntuabered in the order in which they are issued, and shall state clearly the location of the junk business, the date of issuance and expiration of the license and the nai;ie and address of the licensee. No applicant to whom a license has been refused shall make further application until a period of at least tlu=ee months shall have elapsed since the last previous revocation, unless he can shoat the reason for ouch revocation no longer exists. SECTION 6. Every junk dealer shall pay an annual license fee or r y vollars. All licenses shall be issued as of October 1 and shall continue in force until September 30 noxt succeed- ing the date of Issuance unless sooner revoked. SECTION 7 Every Junk dealers license shall designate, the place of business in or from which the junk dealer receiving such license shall be authorized to carry on such business. No licensee shall remove his or its place of business from the place designated in the license until a written pors:iit has been secured from the City Collector and Treasurer, and the same shall have been endorsed upon the license. SECTIOD S. (a) No junk dealer shall carry on the business ra or from any other place thcu; the one designated in the license therefor, nor shall said business be carried on after such license has been revoked or has expired. (b)The contents of the premises of every junk dealer shall be arranged ,i,n an orderly mawier with all s Lnilar things located together so as to facilitate inspection by the proper authorities. The promises of every junk dealer shall be subject to inspection by the proper municipal authorities at any time. SECTION 9.
