BE IT ORDAINED BY TI2 CIT'1 COMMSSIOII OF THE CITY OF CLEAR.;ATE'R,
FLORIDA-
SECTION 1. That Section 5 of nn Ordinance of the City of Clearwater,
enMled, "An Ordinance Defining, Providing for and Lio9naine cer-
tain Types of Coin-operated Devices, Regulating the Operation
Thereof, Fixing the Amount of Occupational License fee Therefor,
and Providing Penalties for the Violation of the Terns of thin
Ordinance," heretofore fully adopted be, and the same is hereby
amended to road as follows -
"The fees for such licenses shall be as follows, Each
"Operator" of autoratie vendors and/or skill machines and/or
trade machines shall pay to the City of Clearwater an onevrational
tax of the sum of .175.00, and in addition thereto the followi.nv
occupational tax on each machine as eat forth in this Section and
nnch location operator as defined in Section Fou- shall Pray an
^.ccrsrational license tax on each machine to the City of Clear-
water as follows:
A. Automatic Vendors ............ SIA.00
B. Skill Maehinea ............... 5.00
C. Trnde 11achinos ............... 5.00
D. Other Machines 250.00
provided that if any "Operator" or "Location Operator" shall
maintain arch device or devices at any place or places so that
such 'Lnnerhtor" or "Location Operator' is not subject to the pay-
sent of an occupational license tax to the City of Clearwater,
then and in that event such location operator shall pay twice the
amount of the City License tax as herein provided.
SECTION 2. Thin Ordinance shall became effective immediately
upon ita passare.

3936 by unanimous vote of the City Cormission of the City cf
Clearwater, Florida.
