AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEAITIATER, FLORIDA, TO BE'
ENTITLE} "AN ORDINANCE REGUL!?TING PLUMBING IN THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA.
BE IT ORDAINED, by the City Commissioners of the City
of Clearwater:
SECTION 1. That all new plumbing in the City of i
Clearwater shall conform to Chapter 10207 ( No. 185) of the
General Laws of the State of Florida of 1925 as adopted by
the Board of Plumbing Commissioners of the State of Florida
March 10th, 1926*
SECTION 2. FENS TO BE CHARGED FOR INSPECTION.
In accordance with Section 12 of said law there shall be
charged and collected by the City Clerk, an inspection fee
for all new, old or remodelled plumbing inspected by the
Plumbing Inspector in the City of Clearvrater. The fee for
such inspection shall be One dollar(01.00) and an additional
amount of (950) fifty cents for each fixture opening. A fee
of One dollar ($1.00) shall be charged for each re-inspection
made due to the work being condemned or not being ready at the
time specified in the application for inspection.
SECTION 3. The Provisions of this Code shall become
effective on all new jobs of plumbing immediately upon passage
of this ordinance, except that contractors will be allowed to
use up material on hand in accordance with former code until
December 31st, 1928. r
SECTION 4. All Ordinances, or parts of Ordinances in
conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed, whereas all
ordinances or parts of ordinances not in conflict with this'
ordinance shall remain in full force and effect.
