AN ORDINANCE
TO BE ENTITLED:
. 3 AN ORDINANCE DETERMINING THE LEGAL HOURS OF SUNDAY AND „
: PROHIBITING THE FOLLOWING OF CERTAIN PURSl1ITS, BUSIMSSES AND

TRADES ON SAID DAY:
(BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF TIE CITY Cr, CLEAWIATER,
FLORIDA.)
. Section. 1. That the time beginning at twelve o'clock
on'Saturday night and closing twenty four hours thereafter,
shall be and is hereby designated "Sunday" and during such timer
it shall be unlavrful for any person$ firm or corporation, to
operate a moving picture show, theatre, exhibition of any kind "
' or a public or private dance hall.
Section. 2. Any person found guilty of violating the '
' provision of Seotion 1e of this Ordinance shall be punished
. by a fine not exceeding One Hundred Dollars or imprisonment
? in the City Jail, or at hard labor upon the streets and
public

works of said city, not exceeding sixty (60) days, or by both
such fine and imprisonment.
