Section One: That it shall be the duty of all persons

owning real property in the City of Clearwater to keep such
property and the parkways adjacent thereto in a clean and
f sanitary condition and free from all weeds, trash, debris,
garbage, rubbish, grass, brush, gushes, etc.
Section Two: Whenever the City Manager shall deem it
necessary to have any trash, garbage,, weeds, rubbish, grass,
L, bushes, debris, and other unsightly things removed from
brush
uiy premises or the parkways adjacent thereto in said city, he
shall notify the owner of said property to remove, the same with- 1 ' •;
in five (b) days, which said notice shall be served upon said

owner if he is a resident or if he can be found in tlje City of
Clearwater. If said owner can not be f ound in the City of !!! '

Clearwater, said notice shall be posted on said premises fora
period of five days and it shall be thereupon the duty of said ..? ':': • ', ;
owner to remove said trash, garbage, weeds, rubbish, grass,brush,
bushes, debris or other unsightly things within the said five (6) ;
days and if he shall fail to do so, the City Manager shall pro--

teed to have same removed and all costs thereof shall be paid by .. ° : '' •

the same shall be assessed against the property from which same
was removed. The City Manager shall report the costa there -
