' An Ordinane by the City Commission of the City of Clearwater,
to be entitled " An Ordinance requiring permits to be obtained for
i the laying and installing of street returns or driveways across the
curb, parkway and sidewalks of the City of Clearwater and proscribing
the dete139 thereof and providing the penalty for violation.

r Section That it shall be unlawful for any person , firm

t association or corporation to install or attempt to install any
street return or drive way across, upon, over or through the curb, r ,•'',
' parkrwey or. sidewalk upon, any of the improved streets of the 'City, of
Me* :star , without first obtaining from the City Manager a permit
therefor.
Section 2 The sail street return or driveway across u on
, over or through the curb , parkway end sidewalk shall be installed " r
,, . under the direction of the City Manager and according to plans, specif-
icatuons and requirements adoped and furnished by the City Manager.
.. ?, Section S . If any person, firm , association or corporation
' shall attempt to install or shall install any such driveway or street
' return without the permit provided for in Section One hereof or with :f
out the compliance with the recd; irements of Section two and under the

by punished by s,fine not to exceeding Two Hundred dollars(200.00)

right to have the said work performed in accordance with Section
Two ,of this Ordinance and the cost thereof shall, be assessed against
the'property abutting said drivoway or street return.
