' human beings reside, are employed or congregate, shall be re-
quired to have a sanitary method of disposing of human excreta,
namely, either a sanitary water closet connected with the, city

Section 2. It shall be unlawful to dispose of any human
excreta within the corporate liaiiits of the City of Clearwater,

' Section 6. That all privien within the corporate limits
of the City of Clearwater, not constructed or maintairod in
conformity vrith the plans on file with the city clerk of the
City of Clearwater, shall be and they are declarod a nuisance
' dangerous tb public health of the inhabitants of said City,
and shall) bo condenulod and forth-with alloted in accordance
with the law or ordinance of the City of Cleaniatere

Section 79 The City shall have tho right to cause to be
niade such alterations and contructions to such privies as are
nuisances as will render them sanitary, and the cost of such
work shall be charged to the person creating or maintaining
the same.
Section 8. Every residence and building in which human
,beings reside are employed or congregate, shall be required to
have a sanitary method of disposing of all haste water, namely,
either a sanitary Slop-hopper or Sink, properly trapped, and
connected with the city sewer, or an appz,oved type of septic
tank, or cess pool.
Section 9. It shall be unlavifui for any person, persons,
firm or corporation ovining or leasing any premises in-the City of
Clearwater, to povinit the disposal of any waste water on any
property leased or rented by any such person or persons, firm
or corporation, or any agent of such, except in a sanitary
slop hopper or sink.
Section 10. Any person convicted of violation of this
ordinance shall be fined in a sum not exceeding, two hundred
dollars, or imprisoned in the City Jail, or at hard labor upon
the streets or other public works of the city, not exceeding
ninety days, or be punished by both such fine and imprisonment
at the discretion of the mayor.
