Section One: It shall be unlawful for cu-iy person,
firm or corporation to offer to sell or sell for human
k: consumption any impure, unwholesome or improperly frozen
j .• •., - - •t_: ice within the City of Clearwater.
Section Two: The sale of any ,? ice to any private family
or individual, or to any hotel, rosturant or boarding house
by any person,, firm or corporation shall be deemed and taken
as being sold for human consumption.
Section Three: Providing that nothing herein contained
Y shall prohibit t'-,,e sale of any kind of ice f or refrigerating
cars, fish, fruit or foil cold stowage purposes.
. Section Four: AnY Person convicted of violation of this
ordinance shall be punished by fine not exceeding Two hundred
0200.00) Dollars, or by imprisonment not exceeding sixty days
; at hard labor upon the streets or public works of said City.
