Clearwater, Florida, be and it is authorized hereby to borrow • the sum of Forty-five Thousand Dollars Qe45,000.00) to be used and expended as follows: to-wit: The sum of Forty-five Thousand Dollars to be used and expended in the purchase and improvement of a public park. SL•'CTION 3: The form of said Bonds not in conflict, ith this ordintuzce, shall be approved by the City Council, and uch of said Bonds shall be sealed with the corporate seal of aid City of Clearwater, and. signed by the Mayor, countersigned y the President of the City Council and attested by the Clerk hereof. The interest coupons attached to said Bond shall be ignod in like manner as said Bonds or by the fac-simile ignatures of said officers. . SECTION 4: When said Bond shall have been issued as erein provided, the said Council is hereby authorized to sell aid Bonds at either public or private sale, for the best rice obtainable therefor. And the proceeds derived from the ale of said Bonds shall be deposited with the Bond Trustees of aid City, and be used for tho purpose herein expressed. SECTION 5: The Council shall have full control and irection over the purchase, construction, improvement and aintainanee of said public park which may be purchased, laid .it,, or improved, from the money derived from the sale of said ends, or the expenditure of said money for such purposes, and hall have full direction and authority over the money derived. rom the sale of said Bonds for the purposes aforesaid. SCzGId 9: The Council shall, prior to said election, appoint a Clerk and three Inspectors of said election, who shall hold said election in accordance with the Ordinances of said City.
