An Ordinance Proscribing Amount of License for certain
Businesses and Occupations not b?mwtofore Liconsed in the City
of Clearwater,' Florida.
Be IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Clearwater:
= Section 1. No person firm or corporation who shall conduct any
of the businesses or occupations .herein desoribed, without first
f procuring alicense for such business, and paying therefor the sums
herein designated, and an additional fee of 25? to the clerk for
1 issuing such license.
Automobile trucks for hire, or carrying freight for profit:
Trucks of less than one ton (05.00)
Trucks of more than one ton or less than two tons • ($10.00 )
''•'r' Trucks of two tons or less than three tons ($15.00)
Trucks of three tone ,or less than four tans ($20.00)
` Provided that no truck shall be operated over the streets of
". clearwater carrying a load of more than foub tons.

Section 11. Any person, firm or corporation found to be guilty
of the violation of the foregoing section shall be punished a's
