} An Ordinance to be entitled, An ordinance prohibiting the keep-
ing or storing of any offensive fertilizer or•other substance in
the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Clearwater:
Section That it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or
corporation to keep or store any fertilizer, substance or matter
which is offensive to the smell, within the corporate limits of the
1 City of Clearwater, Florida.
Section 11. Any corvant, employee or agent of any person, firm

or corporation who shall keep, store or have charge, control or
possession of any fertilizer-or other substance, material or
age
matter, for sitbr/which is offensive to the smell, shall be deemed
guilty of violation of this Ordinance.
Section lll. Any person, firm or corporation found to-be
guilty of a violation of either of the foregoing sections sha11
be punished by fine not exceeding Two Hundred Dollars($200.00) or
by imprisonment not exceeding sixty days in the city jail or at hard
labor upon the streets or public works of said City.
