AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE LARCENY OF PERSONAL PROPERTY '
AND PRESCRIBING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to steal, take

or carry away any personal property belonging to another within the
corporate limits of the City of Cloarwater..

c Section 2: Any person found guilty of the foregoing section
