of Pool or Billard Rooms or Saloons in tho' City of Clearwater by _ ,.

" Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Clearwater.
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person under the ago
of twenty-one years to play pool or billards, visit or loiter in s
I any pool room or saloon where billiards or pool are publically
played in th a City of Clearwater.
Section 2. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or
corporation, or any employe, owner, manager or operator of any
such person, firm or corporation, operating anyi place, room, booth
or saloon whera pool or billards are publically played to permit
or allow any person under the age of twenty-one years to play pool
or billiards, visit or loiter in such place, room,booth or saloon.
Section 3. Any person found guilty of any violations of the
foregoing section or either of them, shall be punished by fine not ``-

exceeding $200.00 or by imprisonment in the City Jail at work

upon the streets or public works of the City for a period of not
' more than ninety days, or by both such fine and imprisonment by
discretion of the Mayor.
