' AN ORDINANCE TO BE ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATETHE
THE DRINKING a-' INTOXICATING LIQUOR, WINE 'AND BEER IN THE CITY
OF CLEARWATER, PLDRIDA, AND TO PROVIDE AND PRESCRIBE A PENALTY
FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.

FLOuIDA.
SECTION 1. It shall be unalwful for any person to drink any
' intoxicating liquor, wine or beer on any of the streets, avenues,
highways, alleys, sidewalks parks or vacant lots of the City,or
in any business house, store, public place, restaurant, cafe,
lunch s1hand, public dinning room or other public eating place
in the City of Clearwater, Florida.
?. SECTION 2s It shall be unlawful for any owner, 1?anager,

employee or servant of any business house, store, public place,
restaurant, lunch stand, public dinning room or other public eating
i1 place to allow or permit any person to drink any intoxicating
liquor;, wine or beer in such business.house, store, public place,
restaurant, cafe, lunch stand, public dinning room or other
' public eating place.
SECTION 3. Any person found to be guilty of a violation of
either of the foregoing sections shall be punished by fine of
not more than Two Hundrod dollars or by imprisonment in City
Jail or at hard labor on the Streets or Public Works of said City
not more than minty days, or by both such fine and imprisonment,
in the descretion of the 14upicipal Judges
s SECTION 4. All laws or parts of laws in conflict with the
....,.' provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
