An ordinance Entitled An Ordinance to Prohibit Persona from
Loitering in or about Elevators, Stairways and other Public

Places in sold City,
' Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Clearwater, Florida:
Section 1 . It shall. be unlawful for any person to loiter in 5
or about any elevator, elevator entrance, stairway or stair hall of
any building or buildings in the City of Clearwater which shall be
? intended or used by the general public.

€ Section 2. It shall be unlawful for.gny person not authorized
to do so by the owner or occupants of any building within the City of
- Clearwater to ride in , operate or molest in any manner whatsoever any
i elevator in any building within the City of Clearwater.
Section 3. Any person who shall violate any of the provisions
;.. •. of this ordinance shall upon conviction bi, punished by a fine not
! : exceeding two hundred dollars ($200.00) or by imprisonment in the Town
'Jail or at labor upon the Streets or other public works of the Town not
exceeding ninety days, orb both such fine and im risonment at the
