BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUI4CIL OF THE CITY OF

i CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That any person who has no other means of
j access for vehicles to his premises in the City of Clearwater, shall { I
only he allowed to cross with vehicles the abutting sidewalk and
( curbing after constructing , with permission first had and obtained
from the Street Committee of the City Council, a suitable street- , .
" t return through the curbing of the street. Where the abutting street
is paved, said street return shall be paged in the same manner and
with the same material as that of. said street. Or material satisfactory ?.
j to Street Committee. Said street return shall be constructed at the

expense of the party desiring, access to his premises, and under the.
supervision of the Street Committee of the City Council.
' Section 2. That it shall be unlawful for any person, firgi, '

or corporation to construct, use or maintain any crossinFg over or
across any of the street curbings other than'ss provided in Section

Section 3. Any parson,firmcorporation who shall violate

anyof the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be punished'by a fine not exceeding the suet of two hundred dollars,. or by *mprisonment in the City jail or at labor on the public

exceed ninety dsys, or by both such fine and imprisonment at the

with 1-the provisions of thia ordinance are hereby repealed.
