Section -1. That it shall be unlawful for any person
to talcs or catch, or to attempt to talcs or catch, any fish
along the water front of the City of Clearwater between
the shore line and the channel of Clearwater Buy or along
the water front of any of the public parks of said City
where such public park or parks shall border on the Bay or.
Gulf of Mexico between the shore line and the channel of said
Bay or Gulf in any way or manner whatsoever.. except by
hook and line fishing; provided, that this shall not be eon-
atrued to apply to catching bait with minnovr nets.
a Section 2. Any person or persons who shall violate
` the preceding section of this ordinance shall, upon convic-
tion, be punished by a fine not exceeding Two Hundred ($200)
Dollars or by imprisonment or at labor upon the public works
of said City not exceeding three months, or by both such
fine and imprisonment o
