Section. 2. That the Tax 001100tor of tho City of Clearwater be, and lie is h©re'by, is-istructod to collect such special levy at the same time and In the same manner as other taxes are collected for each of the three years heretofore, mentioned and that lie shall make a deposit of the same in the City Depository separately from all other funds, and that such special tax shall be carried on the books of the Tax Collector and known as the "Athletic Park Fund" and that such fund shall not be diverted or used for any other pur- pose than for the payment of the purchase price of a site for an athletic park, or improvements thereon. Section 5. That the City Depository shall receive such moneys at the same time and in the same manner as it receives other taxes and shall carry the said special fund separately and apart from al other funds. D. 1915, to be participated in only by the qualified electors of said Gity, who are ovrners of real estate therein, to vote upon the ratification or - rejection of the levying of the special tax as provided in i this ordinance.
