BE IT ORUAIVM BY `ME TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF CLEARWATER:
Section 1. That all owners and occupants of all improved
1 or unimproved land or lots within the Town of Clearwater shall
be required to keep the same in a clean and sanitary condition
at all times by keeping the same free from weeds or trash of

any kind, or to allow any stagnant water to be or remain upon .;. ..

• the same which might breed mosquitos or other insects.
Section 2. All persons owning any real property abutting
upon any attest or streets in the Town of Clearwater shall be

and the curb line of the street on which such property abutts,
in a clean and sanitary condition at all times, by keeping the
same free from weeds and trash of all kinds and by keeping the ,

as herein provided, he shall at once notify in writing the
owner, agent or occupant of such property to have the same .

such property shall remain in a unclean and unsanitary ,•:"
