AN ORDINANCE Defining the Limi.to within Which Intoxicating
Liquors, Wines and Beer May be Sold in Clearwater,
and Prescribing a Penalty for the Violation thereof.
BE IT ORDAINED, By the Town Council of the Town of Clearwater, Fla.:
SECTION 1. That it shall be unlawful for any person,

firm,assooiation, corporation or club, to sell intoxicating ?
liquors, wines or beer within the corporate limits of the town
of Clearwater, except within the following{ territorial limits,
to-wit:
South side of Cleveland Street
between Garden Avenue and
Fort Harrison Avenue- ^ ,?.SEC. 2. This ordinance shall not be construed so as '
to pe mm it the sake of intoxicating liquors, wines or beer f
within the town of Clearwater, by any person, firm, association,
corporation or club, unless and until he, they or it shall first
have complied with the laws of the state of Florida and of the

town of Clearwater relative to psxmit, license, and the like,
SEC. 3. Any person, firm, association, corporation, or ,
club, violating the provisions of this ordinance shall upon i•
i conviction thereof be punished as if he, they or it had been
r. convicted of selling without a permit or license.
SEC. 4. That all laws and ordinances in conflict with ,
the provisions of this ordinance be, and they are hereby repealed.
