ORDINANCE NO 97
An Ordinance entitled an ordinance prohibiting persons under
i tho age of eighteen years from loitering in or frequef}ting pool
rooms, and to prohibit any persons under the age of 21 yearn from
loitering in or frequenting any club boom or other place where
;.intoxicating liquors are sold or dispensed, and makeing it unlawful {

for proprlbtors or managers of either or aU such places to permit
persons under the said ages in their places of business,, and prescribing '

BE IT ORDA114ED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF CLEARVIATER

Section ,1. From and after the passage of this ordinance it shall be ,
unlawful for any person under the age of eighteen years to loiter
in or frequent any pool room in the Town of Clearwater. . ; ` _;.;.. . '

Section , 2. It shall/be unlawful for any person under the age of
twenty-one years to loiter in or frequent any club room or other }
pldce where intoxicating liquors are sold or dispensed.
Section 3. It shall also be unlawful for any owner, proprietor,
manager or clerk of any such poibl room or any place designated in `.
i 3 Section 2, of this ordinance where intoxicating liquors are sold or' }

' dispensed to suffer or permit any person under the age of twenty -one
' years to loiter or frequent any such place of business.
Section 4. Any person violating either of the foregoing Sections of ;
this ordinance shall be punished by fine of not more than two hundred
- '' dollars or imprisonment for not more than ninety days or both, ,.at the
' ?• disoretion of the Mayor.
