89ORDINANCE NO. 89. i
An Ordinance entitled an Ordinance to amend a certain paragraph of
# Section 5 of Ordinance No. 84. entitled an ordinance to compel
abutting property owners to connect premises with sewerage systom, of
the Town of Clearwater, to regulate such connections, and to
regulate plumbing work and plumbing equipment, pipes and fixtures
of all buildings connected with the sewerage system of the Town
of Clearwater, and to provide penalties for violations of
provisions of ordinances. ?.
Be it ordained by the Town Council of the Town of Clearwater:
Section 1. That said ordinance be amended by striking out all of ?.
that certain paragraph of Section 5 which reads as follows'-.
"All kitchens sinks shall be provided with a grease trap of ?`.
approved pattern which shall be connected with unions". Passed by Council this 16th day of May A. D. 1911•
