I+' qUr, Be It Ordained by the Town Council of the Town of Clearwater, Florida. t' Section 1. That no person, firm or corporation shall t engage in carry on or manage any business, occupation or profession in the Town of Clearwater, especially mentioned` i r .., •.. r . ., in this ordinance, without having first procured a Town ' ; ?, , .;. ,'• license therefor, which licenses shall be issued to each person, firm or corporation applying for the same, and pay- ment of the amount hereinafter provided, to the Town Tax .. Collector and the production of his receipt. The Town Clerk shall issue such license which shall be signed by the Town : Clerk and the Mayor. No license shall be issued for sAonger ; period than one year; and all licenses shall expire on the 30th day of September of each and every year; bpt fractional Licenses except as hereinafter mentioned and provided for, may be issued, to exp&re on that date for a - I. term of not less than six months. All. licenses may be 1 i transferred upon approval of the Mayor with the business C F r for which they have boon tuken out, where there is a bona I.: fide sale of such business, but such transfer of license shall not be good for a longer time nor for any other place of business than that for which it was originally issued. The Town Clerk shall be entitled to collect a foe of twenty five cents for each license issued. Section 2.
