3153-83 a ORDINANCE NO. 3153-83 0 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, 1983, AS AMENDED, BY RECLASSIFYING AND ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY AS DESCRIBED HEREIN; PROVIDING FOR REPEAT, OF ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR THE SEPARABILITY OF THE PROVISIONS HEREOF; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF-PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. WHEREAS, on May 19, 1983, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing on certain proposed cheinges to the zoning atlas of the City of Clearwater in accordance with procedure as established; and WHEREAS, certain of the proposed changes and amendments to the zoning atlas were approved by the City Commission after its evaluation of all evidence presented at the said public hearing; and WHEREAS, the Focal Government Comprehensive Planning Act (LGCPA) requires that all development regulations and amendments thereto related to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof be reviewed by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for conformance with plans adopted pursuant to the LGCPA; and WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been designated the Local Planning Agency for Pinellas County and the PCPC has adopted guidelines with reference to each required referral process; and WHEREAS, this Ordinance has been referred to and considered by the PCPC under said process; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is hereby classified and zoned as hereinafter indicated, and "The Zoning Atlas of the City of Clearwater, Florida of 19831=, as amended, is amended to indicate that fact as hereinafter set out: Zoned ISP •• Institutional Semi-Public District Lots 12 through 14, inclusive, Block B, Westover Subdivision, according to map or plat thereof, as recorded In Plat Book 18, page 25, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. AND Un-numbered Lot, W. N. The Planning Director is directed to include and set out and show upon the official zoning atlas of the City of Clearwater the foregoing amendments as hereinabove set out. Section 7. The provisions of this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
