Section 1. Section 72.05 of Chapter 72, Alcoholic Beverages,

of the Code of Ordinances, City of Clearwater, is hereby amended to
place a new establishment under 2COP Classification as follows:
2COP - Beer and Wine Consumption on Premises-
Package Sales
Dillon's Tavern II, 2813-15 Gulf to Bay Boulevard,
Clearwater East Shopping Center, being a portion
of the North part of M&B 24-42 in Section 17, Township
29 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida.
Section 2. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance
has been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in
accordance with Section 166. 041, Florida Statutes.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
