BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 72.05 of Chapter 72, Alcoholic Beverages,
of the Code of Ordinances, City of Clearwater, is hereby amended to
place a new establishment under 2COP Classification as follows:
2COP - Beer and Wine Consumption on Premises - Package Sales
Julie's Cafe, 351 S. GulfView- Boulevard, being
Lot 70, Lloyd-White-Skinner Subdivision in
Section 8, Township 29 South, Range 15 East,
Pinellas County, Florida.
Section 2. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance
has been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in
accordance with Section 166.041, Florida Statutes.

(LGCPA) requires that all development regulations and amendments thereto
related to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof be reviewed
by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for conformance with plans adopted
pursuant to the LGCPA; and
WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been
designated the Local Planning Agency for Pinellas County and the PCPC
has adopted guidelines with reference to each required referral process; and
WHEREAS, this Ordinance has been referred to and considered by
the PCPC under said process;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, OM I
is hereby classified and zoned as hereinafter indicated, and "The Zoning
Atlas of the City of Clearwater, Florida of 198311, as amended, is amended
