A NEW ESTABLISHMENT UNDER ZAPS CLASSIFICATION
D ESTABLISHMENT BEING A PORTION OF SECTION

30, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS
COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE
OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE
EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 72.05 of Chapter 72, Alcoholic Beverages,
of the Code of Ordinances, City of Clearwater, is hereby amended to
place a new establishment under ZAPS Classification as follows:
ZAPS - Beer and Wine Package Sales
L'Etoile Continental Market, Suite 7, 2569
Countryside Boulevard, being a portion of Countryside
Village Square in Section 30, Township 28 South,
Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida,
Section 22, Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance
has been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in
accordance with Section 166, 041, Florida Statutes.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
